I ordered the towel as well & some disposable body bags from Amazon (so many uses for THAT product - wink wink) and I jumped in the bag and then in the blanket & I sweat so much it was incredible. The Amazon reviews on the disposable body bags were mixed (yes, it's a giant trash bag but it's huge and effective) but I didn't have a single issue w/ leakage & my towel & blanket were completely drive after my 60min session . Maybe just clip your toenails & you should have any issues ;) The towel in between the bag & the blanket really helped retain the heat. I LOVE this product, it made my chronic neck know know go away for the rest of the day. I love the heat and I love to sweat (when I'm wanting to sweat) so I cranked it up full blast ~ it was HEAVEN. I placed a yoga towel between my head & pillow to dab the sweat on my face. I shimmied in the disposable back from the couch to the shower and still no leakage. And the amount of sweat I poured out of the blanket was so satisfying. Just get on. Helix, if you come out with a new product I will happily be your guinnea pig.
After a couple of sessions on the face and neck, my friends say that my skin seems so vibrant with less lines, I look and feel great! I love my wrap! It helps with so many different things. I sue it on my face and it helps with diminishing brown spots and rosecea. It helps with overall appearance of my skin. I also use it to review pain in my back and my hand. Wherever I have an issue, I use it and it is amazing! I would highly recommend. They also have very nice customer service!
The belt worked wonders for him. He has it on once in a while and he loves it. He said there is no contest when choosing comfort.
