I'm Andrew, founder of The Recovery Outlet and a lifelong athlete. During my time as a Division 1 swimmer, I had access to professional-grade recovery equipment and expert support every single day. Hyperbaric chambers, cryotherapy, compression therapy — it was all built into the program. Recovery was infrastructure, and it showed in how I performed.
Then life changed. Career, family, daily demands — suddenly I was trying to maintain my body on my own time, with my own resources. I knew exactly what my body needed, but finding the time and access felt impossible. Every session required scheduling, driving, coordinating. Recovery went from effortless to a full-time job.

My father, Milton, has spent 35 years in luxury real estate in Miami. He's built a career helping people create homes that reflect how they actually want to live. Together, we kept noticing the same pattern: high-performing people who invested in their homes, their careers, their families — but had no idea how to bring wellness into their daily routine. They wanted to take care of their health from home. They just didn't know where to start or who to trust.
That's what led us to create The Recovery Outlet. Together, my father and I built this company to solve the problem we kept seeing: people who value their health but don't have the time to chase it.
