USAGE

Simple to integrate and highly effective, here’s how to use it:

1. Power off your ionizer and turn off the water supply.
2. Remove the second filter from the housing.
3. Insert the Citric Acid Cleaning Cartridge—do not over-tighten.
4. Turn on the unit and water, then run H₂O CLEAN mode for 30 seconds only—no other settings.
5. Let the unit sit idle for 3 hours.
6. Optional: Repeat steps 4 and 5 up to 3 times for deep cleaning.
7. Replace the cartridge with your regular filter or a new replacement.
8. Run the H₂O cycle for 3 minutes to flush the system.
9. Check that pH levels and flow return to normal.
