FAQs

How does the TitanBody EMS Suit work?

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) uses low-level electrical impulses to trigger muscle contractions. The TitanBody Dry EMS Suit places precision electrodes over your major muscle groups, then delivers controlled pulses through the wireless Power Box. In a 20-minute session, the suit activates up to 90% of your muscle fibers at once, far more than the 30 to 40 percent typical of conventional resistance training.

How long is a TitanBody session and how often should I use it?

A typical session runs 20 minutes. Most users do one to three sessions per week with 24 to 48 hours of recovery between sessions. The intensity of EMS training means daily sessions are not necessary to see results. Many busy professionals run a Tuesday/Friday rhythm to fit it into their schedule.

What is the difference between the Single Suit and the Twin Pack?

The Single Suit is one TitanBody Dry EMS Suit with one Power Box, battery, charger, and wash bag, in your selected size. The Twin Pack ($3,395) includes two suits and two Power Boxes, ideal for couples training together, partner training, or two-station home setups. Sizes for the Twin Pack are confirmed by a wellness expert after checkout.

Is the TitanBody EMS Suit machine washable?

Yes. The TitanBody EMS System is machine washable for ultimate convenience. After training, remove the Power Box, fold the suit up and place it in the provided wash bag, wash on delicate with cold water only, then hang to dry out of direct sunlight. The dry electrode design also means no spray bottles or pre-moistening before use, so prep and cleanup are minimal.

Is EMS training safe and who should not use it?

EMS is generally well-tolerated when used as directed. The TitanBody App lets you adjust intensity for each muscle group to match your tolerance. Do not use the suit during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, or in cases of serious cardiac conditions, epilepsy, or active hernias. Consult a qualified healthcare provider if you have any medical condition before starting EMS training.
