Fantastic customer service!
I had a big problem with my Mitripod�the story is very long but suffice it to say their customer service department went over and beyond to rectify the problem and are sending me a new one. They listened, and cared I was upset. I�ve not come across customer service this attentive in a very long time!!

As Im reading through the comments, I want to suggest a wipe down of the pod with 3% food grade Hp or some Safrax solution.(ask Mito first)

Im surprised the Company hasn't offered suggestions here.

My first purchase I pre-ordered the belt. Email now says delivery soon.

I will take note if there is an odor to it and report back.

Post Sepsis Miracle

I like the pod concept. I think it would be better if it didnt have the v neck. To accomodate i just turned it over, so it could cover my chest.
