How is the ECHO Ultimate installed and what is required?

The ECHO Ultimate installs either on the counter or under the sink. Countertop install uses a diverter valve on your existing kitchen faucet. Under-sink install requires the ECHO Ultimate Digital Faucet, which is sold separately. Both setups need a standard water supply line and a nearby electrical outlet. Professional installation is recommended for the under-sink configuration.

What types of water does the ECHO Ultimate produce?

The ECHO Ultimate produces four water types from one system: hydrogen-rich drinking water, alkaline water in 4 selectable levels, 5-stage filtered water, and acidic water in 4 selectable levels for cleaning and skincare. This versatility lets you use the system for drinking, cooking, cleaning, plant care, and household sanitation. Acidic water above level 2 is not recommended for drinking.

Can I take the ECHO Ultimate with me if I move?

Yes. The ECHO Ultimate is not permanently fixed to your home. It can be uninstalled and reinstalled at a new location. If you move, the unit can be transferred to your next residence with proper reinstallation by a qualified technician.

What warranty does the ECHO Ultimate have?

The ECHO Ultimate includes a 10-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers eligible defects and performance issues under normal residential use. The system includes a repair option, allowing authorized service and component replacement when needed according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

How long do the filters last and where can I get replacements?

The 5-stage internal filter lasts up to 1,056 gallons (4,000 liters) for chlorine removal and approximately 500 gallons for chloramine removal. The touchscreen tracks filter usage and alerts you when a replacement is due. Replacement cartridges are available through The Recovery Outlet to keep your system performing at full capacity.
