The ACE Series Ionizer Cleaning Filter uses a citric acid-based formula designed specifically for Tyent’s ACE Series water ionizers. It efficiently dissolves mineral scale buildup, restoring smooth operation and optimal water quality. Regular use—every 6 to 12 months—helps preserve water flow and pH accuracy while extending your ionizer's lifespan.

  • Tyent Scale Remover Device — A reusable cartridge-free solution that cleans the system in under 30 minutes.

USAGE

Maintaining your system is simple and efficient:

  1. Power off your ionizer and shut off the water supply.
  2. Remove the second filter from its housing.
  3. Insert the citric acid cleaning cartridge—do not over-tighten.
  4. Turn the unit and water supply back on, then run H₂O CLEAN mode for 30 seconds only. Avoid all other settings.
  5. Let the ionizer sit for 3 hours.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 up to three times for deeper cleaning, if needed.
  7. Replace the cleaning cartridge with the original or a new filter.
  8. Run the H₂O mode for 3 minutes to flush the system.
  9. Verify water flow and pH levels have returned to normal.
