What’s the difference between the Standard i9 Max and the Special Edition?

The Special Edition builds on the standard i9 Max features by adding customization and personalization upgrades. While both versions share the same core therapeutic technologies, like the patented Split L-Track, 3D Butterfly rollers, full-body stretching, hand stretching actuators, and wireless touchscreen control, the Special Edition includes software customization (Level I) so the chair’s screens and keypad can show personalized messages, a genuine leather owner’s name tag, a blood pressure and heart rate monitor, and emergency backup power to safely return the chair to upright if power is lost. These additions make the Special Edition more tailored and feature-rich compared to the Standard model.
