The SaunaLife CL3G ships via freight delivery by special appointment on a wooden pallet due to its size and weight.

On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery locations may not qualify for flat-rate pricing. If you are located outside the contiguous United States or Canada, or have unique delivery circumstances, a custom freight quote is required.

Delivery is curbside only, and the driver will lower the shipment to ground level. The carrier does not move items into a home, backyard, or installation area.

Sauna heater systems and accessories may ship secured in a protective box on top of the sauna’s main crate. When shipped this way, shipping and packaging for the heater system and accessories is FREE.
