Because this is a premium indoor sauna kit, it ships via freight delivery and requires a special delivery appointment. The sauna arrives securely packaged on a wooden pallet.

Delivery is curbside only
The driver will lower the shipment to ground level
Inside delivery, stair carry, placement, and assembly are not included

What warranty comes with the Kohler C1, and is installation available?

Warranty Coverage (Kohler Sauna Limited Warranty)
Kohler provides a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the date of purchase (or delivery date if later), as long as the original purchaser owns the sauna. The warranty is valid for products purchased and installed in the United States and Canada, and is void if installed in a commercial application.

Kohler also warrants sauna accessories included with the sauna (or purchased separately) for 1 year under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, alteration, misuse, abuse, negligence, incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer guidance, or normal wear and tear.
