How is a 2.0 ATA hard-shell different from a soft chamber?

Soft-shell chambers generally top out around 1.3–1.5 ATA. This 3.0 mm stainless-steel chamber holds a true 2.0 ATA for a deeper, more consistent environment. Higher pressure should be used under appropriate guidance.

Do I need oxygen tanks or special venting?

No. The all-in-one machine generates its own oxygen and the net room oxygen percentage does not increase during operation, so no tanks and no special venting are required. Follow local codes and the manufacturer's installation guidance.
