Description
This is the standard-length version of the Newtowne Shoe hyperbaric chamber, offering the unique drop-down foot feature for easier access in a more compact footprint compared to the Long Shoe.
The "Newtowne Shoe" is a unique horizontal mild hyperbaric chamber designed by Newtowne Hyperbarics. Its distinctive feature is a "chamber foot" section that can be dropped down, facilitating easier access, particularly when used on the floor or a platform/bed. It operates at 1.3 ATA and comes with an 80L compressor and two viewports. Note that an internal gauge is an optional upgrade, and no chair or mat is provided by default.
Newtowne Hyperbarics has been a prominent American designer and manufacturer of mild hyperbaric chambers for home and clinical use for over 20 years. Their "Class 4 Chamber" line is well-established. Safety is a primary focus, with a claimed 100% safety record since 2001. Their chambers are FDA cleared for the treatment of Acute Mountain Sickness, with other applications considered "off-label." A 2-Year Warranty is standard, with an option to extend for an additional 3 years for both new and used chambers. The sale or use of these devices requires a prescription, and treatment protocols are determined by qualified medical professionals.
