Type: Inflatable hyperbaric chamber
Operating Pressure: Factory calibrated to 1.3 ATA (Atmospheres Absolutas) or 4.4 PSI.
Safety Systems:
Zipper System: Unique two-zipper combination: one internal airtight zipper and one external mechanical zipper. Both must be properly aligned and seated in the dock for an airtight seal.
Pressure Relief Valves:
Four (4) primary pressure relief valves with blue circles (two at each end of the chamber), factory calibrated to equalize pressure at 1.3 ATA / 4.4 PSI.
One (1) safety backup pressure relief valve with a yellow circle, set to open at a slightly higher pressure than the blue valves.
Red Deflation Valves (x2): Located at each end of the chamber, operable from inside or out. Used to deflate the chamber and control the speed of pressurization/depressurization for ear comfort.
Failed Circuit Alarm: Monitors power supply to the compressors and alerts the user with a loud alarm in case of a power outage. Requires a 9V battery and connects to a power strip.
Air Supply & Filtration:
Multiple compressors (number shown in "What is Included" is four).
Compressor hoses connect to four (4) fill valves on the back of the chamber.
Compressor Filters: White Compressor Filter and .003 Micron Filter (recommended change every 6 months).
Monitoring & Ports:
External Color-Coded Gauge: Needle indicates internal pressure; blue area signifies full operational pressure. Accurate to +/- 5%.
Internal Gauge: Operates similarly to the external gauge, with the needle moving counter-clockwise.
Auxiliary Ports (x2): One on the back and one on the front for attaching the auxiliary valve (small auxiliary valves included in the packet).
Structure & Support:
Inflatable chamber body.
External PVC frame (built from base pieces, long poles, shorter vertical poles, arch pieces, and connecting poles with screws).
Stabilizer Cradles: Connect to the bottom of the chamber via Velcro. One cradle has an extended foam pad to protect zippers.
Internal Accessories:
Carpet 1: Rectangular carpet for the chamber interior.
Carpet 2: Small square carpet, used to protect the zipper when using a wheelchair.
Foam Mat: For added comfort, can be placed on top of the rectangular carpet.
Portability: Includes a carry bag.
