When Will My Order Ship?
Shipping time depends on product availability and warehouse location.

- Pre-Order / ETA Listed: Reserved items ship as soon as available from the manufacturer
Large items like saunas or hyperbaric chambers may take 2–4 weeks for freight delivery. Estimated shipping times are shown on each product page and in your confirmation email.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, most products can be shipped internationally. To request a custom quote, email sales@therecoveryoutlet.com with your address and product of interest.
Import duties, customs taxes, or international fees are the customer’s responsibility. Some products (like certain medical or power-rated devices) may only ship within the U.S. due to manufacturer restrictions.
Do You Ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
Yes — we ship most small-to-medium items to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico free of charge. Large freight items may incur an additional fee. Please contact support@therecoveryoutlet.com before purchasing for a shipping quote.
Is There a Warranty?

Do You Offer Installation or Setup Services?
Yes! For select large equipment, we offer in-home setup and installation services. You’ll find an “In-Home Assembly” option on applicable product pages.
Delivery and assembly are scheduled separately. Customers are responsible for moving items inside before technician arrival. For massage chairs with “White Glove Delivery,” setup is included during delivery.
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, we offer 30-day returns on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

What If You Don’t Carry a Product I Want?

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel an order, contact our team immediately:
- Before shipment: Full refund.
- After shipment: Follows our 30-Day Return Policy (return shipping fees apply).
Custom-built brands (e.g., OxyRevo, Dundalk, InBody) may incur a 10% cancellation fee. OxyRevo sales are final once shipped, though exchanges or technician visits can be arranged if needed.
What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@therecoveryoutlet.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair quickly.
What Happens After I Place an Order?
