USAGE
Maintaining your system is simple and efficient:
- Power off your ionizer and shut off the water supply.
- Remove the second filter from its housing.
- Insert the citric acid cleaning cartridge—do not over-tighten.
- Turn the unit and water supply back on, then run H₂O CLEAN mode for 30 seconds only. Avoid all other settings.
- Let the ionizer sit for 3 hours.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 up to three times for deeper cleaning, if needed.
- Replace the cleaning cartridge with the original or a new filter.
- Run the H₂O mode for 3 minutes to flush the system.
- Verify water flow and pH levels have returned to normal.
