USAGE
The UCE‑13 Cleaning Filter is easy to install and provides a thorough internal clean. Here’s how it works:
- Turn off your ionizer and shut off the water supply.
- Remove the existing second filter from the housing.
- Install the cleaning cartridge—do not over-tighten.
- Restore power and water, then run the unit using H₂O CLEAN mode for 30 seconds—avoid other modes.
- Let the ionizer sit unused for 3 hours.
- For deep cleaning, repeat steps 4–5 up to three times.
